Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. the value for money was exceptional - we got more than we expected for the price we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive; from the cozy interior to the well-appointed rooms, everything was well thought out. Moreover, the location was perfect with stunning views of the surrounding area. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent service and a child-friendly room layout that was ideal for our family.

All aspects of our stay were perfect.

The beds at this hotel were incredibly comfortable and the pillows provided were simply amazing. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond, offering a pick-up service from the train station and even preparing a coffee and packed lunch for us when we had to leave early in the morning - their hospitable nature truly made us feel valued as guests. The location of the hotel also deserves special mention, as it offered a fantastic view of the surrounding area.

The location of this hotel was simply fantastic, providing us with a stunning view of the surrounding area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, showcasing exceptional hospitality. In addition, the family-owned hotel had a cozy and charming interior design that we truly appreciated. One particular detail that stood out to us was the clever arrangement of the family rooms, with children beds located upstairs and a direct connection to the main room.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was superb and there really wasn't anything that could be improved.

the location was awe, inspiring and the service was top, notch. the staff went out of their way to make us feel right at home, starting with the comfortable and cozy bedroom, equipped with first, class pillows. Each morning, we woke up to a wonderful breakfast, and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was not up to par, that one feature took away from our overall experience.

Spending our Christmas holidays in the mountains was an amazing experience. The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere, with comfortable and clean rooms. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the mountains so we could enjoy stunning views. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Although we loved the food, sometimes dinner service was a bit slow, making it longer than expected. However, this was not a big issue and many people seemed to be enjoying long conversations over their meal.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the amazing view over the city and the mountains from the hotel room. The food served by the staff was fresh and absolutely delicious. I also liked the fact that the hotel offered free parking and free wifi, which made our stay more convenient. The location was perfect as it was close to ski slopes and hiking trails, providing endless outdoor activities.

The room was quite small and the mattress uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to sleep well at night. the bathroom stool was dirty and dinner portions were a bit small.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The beds were so comfortable that we slept really well. The hotel staff were very helpful and they even picked us up from the train station. We appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi. The location was perfect and we enjoyed delicious food at the hotel. Moreover, the hotel facilities were great and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
